About the founder

Menno Lustig, founder of Rabotix

Rabotix was founded by Menno Lustig, a Dutch professional based in Bulgaria with experience in international business, procurement, customer contact and recruitment-related coordination.

Having worked with Dutch and European companies from Bulgaria, Menno understands both sides of cross-border cooperation: the need for reliable candidates and the importance of clear communication, proper screening and trust.

With Rabotix, his goal is to build a practical and transparent recruitment partner for candidates, employers and recruitment agencies across Europe.
